Approximately 40-60% of the property consists of high Pine Ridge forest, some jungle especially along the creek. There are various interest factors that enhanced the potential of the property which that the property sits north of Kanatik Resort that has its own private airstrip, and a successful development due north known as Sanctuary Belize and Placencia Peninsula is approximately 25 miles due south.
